Shipping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We have flat rate shipping – basically you only pay for the first book you buy in one transaction. Buy five books and still only pay that single flat rate. And if you’re in the Wollongong immediate area, we do free home delivery!

How Long Will It Take To Have My Package Shipped?

We ship within one business day. Home delivery can be same day if order is placed by 3pm, otherwise within 24 hours.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We do – and it’s still flat shipping.NO free home delivery though 🙂

What packaging do you use?

We use padded bags or mailers made from recycled materials. We take great care to ensure your books are packed securely – there’s nothing worse than having a book arrive in poor condition and we do everything we can to ensure that doesn’t happen.

Are your books actually in stock?

If the book you are looking for says it is in stock, it is physically with us and can be sent out. A lot of the big online players just take your order then order from the distributor and you wait. We may be small but we physically have everything to send out.

Payment Information

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

You can use PayPal, Apple Pay or your own credit card. If you want to do things the traditional way with a bank deposit, then send us an email and we can organise to get your preferred books to you.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Nothing in life is safe but our systems are as safe as any. We use the usual encryption standards and approach to management of your information that the big corporates do.

Orders and Returns

How do I place an Order?

It’s nice and simple: click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button on the book you want. When you’re finished browsing, just click on the ‘Cart’ link at the very top right of every page. Your purchase/s will be listed and then once you click on Checkout you can pay and have the books on their way to you.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You don’t – you just need to provide the details needed to fulfil your order. We’d love you to create an account obviously, and be assured we aren’t like the corporates – you won’t be receiving 20 emails a week.

How Do I Track My Order?

You will receive an email to confirm your order and another one on the day it’s posted.

Australian customers: if you provided a mobile number, you will also receive a text from Australia Post with a link to track your package.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you’ve submitted your order, then send us an email and we will ensure your refund or change things as you need. If goods have already shipped we will work with you to return the goods and refund your money .
